CONDITION / In great condition and barely used, as it wasn’t quite right for the space. Purchased 8 months ago. The fabric is micro-sealed, though there is a small area with some faint imperfections/discolouration. The owner has done their best to show this clearly in the photo closeup. They’ve had a professional clean quoted by JAE’s Cleaning Services at $250, though it may be possible to lift the marks yourself with a bit of elbow grease — we just can’t guarantee it. Indents from furniture which will lift naturally. It is now rolled & ready for its new owner.
