Shipping costs are not included in the sale price, but we’ve made things simple. Each listing includes location details and shipping options, and we’re always happy to point you in the right direction.

LOCAL PICKUP

If you’re nearby, you can collect directly from the seller. The item’s location is listed in its description, and we’ll share pickup details with you after purchase.

Please aim to collect within two weeks. Need longer storage? Just let us know.

STANDARD SHIPPING (NZ)

Flat rate $12 for parcels under 3kg, delivered anywhere in New Zealand.

RURAL DELIVERY (NZ)

Flat rate $17 for rural addresses. Our system uses NZ Post rural postcodes to automatically apply this rate at checkout.

DELIVERY BY ARRANGEMENT

For larger items or furniture: we’ll connect you with the seller within 48 hours so you can organise delivery directly with them.

COURIER SERVICES

For extra convenience, we recommend Wise Move, a platform where couriers bid on your delivery, usually giving you the best price. You’re free to use any courier service you prefer.
