By using this website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms. AWAYDAY operates as a curated marketplace — we source, list, and sell pre-owned furniture and homewares on behalf of sellers. All items are second-hand unless otherwise stated.

Prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is no longer available or if a pricing error has occurred, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Shipping for large items is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise arranged. For small homewares, flat-rate shipping applies as described on our shipping page.

AWAYDAY is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website or from the purchase of goods, beyond what is required under New Zealand consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
