Shipping policy

AWAYDAY ships within New Zealand only.

Small homewares Flat-rate shipping is available for smaller items where indicated on the listing:

• $12 nationwide
• $17 rural NZ

This option can be selected at checkout where available.

Furniture & larger items Shipping is not included in the sale price for furniture and larger items, and is the buyer's responsibility. Costs depend on the size, weight, and location of the item.

You can arrange pick-up directly from the seller, or organise your own courier. We recommend using Wise Move (wisemove.co.nz) for furniture delivery.

Item locations Each listing includes the location of the item so you can factor in freight costs before purchasing.

Dispatch times Once payment is confirmed, we will be in touch to coordinate collection or delivery arrangements directly.
