Returns & refunds

All sales at AWAYDAY are final. As a curated marketplace for pre-owned goods, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.

We take care to accurately describe the condition of each item, including any known marks or imperfections, so please read listings carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before buying and we'll do our best to help.

If an item arrives significantly different from how it was described, please get in touch at hello@awayday.nz and we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis.
