Targetti Sankey Lamp

A striking piece of 1960s–70s Italian lighting design, featuring the original embossed base stamp: “Designed and Made in Italy by Targetti”.

COLLECTORS NOTES: This particular piece belonged to the collector’s grandmother and has been carefully kept in the family.

MATERIALS / Frosted gradient glass globe, chrome cylindrical stem, heavy base

DESIGN NOTES / Classic Murano-style dome in a frosted gradient finish, paired with minimalist chrome. Strong Bauhaus and Italian modernist influences. This style is sometimes linked to Luigi Massoni, though this piece isn’t designer-attributed.
Includes original “Vetro Artistico Lavorato a Mano” sticker – denoting handcrafted artistic glass, made in Italy.
